What is the Parade of Homes?
The annual new home showcase presented by the Home Builders Association of Greater Tulsa and sponsored by Samsung & Arvest Bank. This year’s event will feature more than 100 homes from more than 50 of the area’s top builders and highlight the latest in neighborhood amenities in four featured subdivisions. Featured homes range in price from $150,000 to more than $1 million.
The Parade of Homes includes homes throughout cities in the Tulsa metro area including:Bixby, Broken Arrow, Claremore, Collinsville, Coweta, Glenpool, Jenks, Kellyville, Owasso, Sand Springs, Sapulpa & Sperry.
When is the Parade of Homes?
The Greater Tulsa Parade of Homes is June 17th – 25th. Homes are open 1-7PM Daily
How much does it cost to tour?
Admission is FREE!
How can I stay updated about the Parade of Homes?
The Official Guide, which contains maps, home and building company descriptions and floor plan information, will be available beginning Friday, June 16th at all area QuikTrips. Who builds the homes featured on the Parade of Homes?
Every Parade Home is constructed by a builder member of Home Builders Association of Greater Tulsa, a trade organization providing marketing, advocacy and industry connections to member businesses. Members have access to resources and education that helps them stay on top of their game. They share best practices, learn about new products, services and techniques, and connect with trade partners, helping to assure homebuyers a healthy, vibrant housing market.
Where can I find out more about the Builders?
All of the builders with homes on the tour will have a representative in each house to answer any questions about their homes. More information about the each builder can be found in the “Builder Bio” section of the guide on page 78-857 or by easily searched online at Tulsaparadeofhomes.com in the Builder search.
Where can I get a Parade of Homes magazine?
The official Parade Guide will be available at all area QuikTrips starting June 16th.
What if I’m not in the market for a new home?
More than 40 local building companies are participating in the event, which provides buyers the largest and broadest showcase of new homes and building trends. Buyers can explore hundreds of floor plans to view the latest innovations in everything from technology to energy efficiency and home decorating ideas. In addition, all featured builders are members of the Home Builders Association of Greater Tulsa, meaning they are experienced, insured, ethical professionals.
